These Ethiopian beans were washed with natural mountain spring water and sun-dried to bring out their distinct flavor. Then lightly roasted using our famous signature Nordic Roasting Profile method for such beans, to ensure the natural flavor, with light brown mocha-colored beans.

Sustainably sourced, roasted in Norway, air-shipped within 24 hours of roasting, arrives at our facility within 48 hours, and then packaged in Santa Cruz, California. To ensure the maximum freshness and not too fresh, give four days for the coffee to “breath” by the time it arrives at your doorstop = perfect cup of coffee!
